Potato Bake

Ingredients
4 potatoes, sliced
3 slices of diced bacon
1 onion diced
300 mL cream [sour cream]
Grated cheese to top

Method

1. In a greased oven proof dish, spread a layer of pototoes over the base
2. Add a layer of diced onion and bacon and cream and handful of cheese
3. Continue until dish is full - finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
4 Cook in a moderate oven until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown
